Ulf Sverdrup
Ulf Sverdrup is a professor at the Department of Law and Governance, at the Norwegian Business School (BI). He was Director of the Norwegian Institute of International Affairs (NUPI) from 2011 to 2023. He holds a PhD in political science. Sverdrup led the Norwegian government-appointed commission that reviewed the implications of geopolitics for the Norwegian Government Pension Fund Global (NOU 2022:12). He was also the Head of the Secretariat for the Official Norwegian Europe Review (NOU 2012:2.). Sverdrup has published extensively on various topics in international politics, with a particular emphasis on European affairs and Norwegian foreign policy.

Anne Swanberg
Associate Professor, Anne Swanberg, is teaching leadership and organizational change for executive students. Her research is partly focused on aspects of lifelong learning and partly on GenZ’s expectations to leadership. As Associate Dean Executive for Short Learning Modules she was responsible for the academic and pedagogical standard of a group of stackable and digital courses within the Executive Programme Portfolio.
As former Dean Teaching and Learning and Head of LearningLab at BI Norwegian Business School, she has been in the position to work with the future of business schools and higher education from a management perspective. The engagements in EFMD and the FOME Alliance gave her opportunities to work with and learn from international corporate institutions and business schools. As part of two expert groups for digitalization and quality in higher education organized by Diku and by Unit, she has worked with national experts discussing challenges in HE and national policie in order to contribute to the way forward.
