For safety reasons, we recommend using Uber, hotel-arranged transportation, or other reputable transport providers rather than hailing transportation on the street.

Transportation will be provided when transferring from campus to another activity during the conference time period.

Transportation is NOT provided to and from the airport. Uber is a suggested mode of transportation outside of the conference schedule.

IMPORTANT: Please be advised that, effective 1 July, all travelers departing the country are required to complete and submit a travel declaration within 24 hours of their scheduled departure.

For conference delegates, we recommend:

• Staying in established business and hotel districts such as those that are recommended by Henley.

• Using reputable transportation services, including hotel transfers and Uber.

• Avoiding walking alone after dark and keeping valuables out of sight.

• Remaining aware of local guidance and hotel security recommendations.

The official currency is the South African Rand (ZAR). Credit and debit cards are widely accepted, although carrying a small amount of cash may be useful for minor purchases.

Bring a Type M/N plug adapter for electronics.

Business casual is recommended for conference sessions. Comfortable footwear is encouraged for networking events and off-site activities.
